No, Geraldo. No. An innocent child was not gunned down because he wore a hoodie. It was actually a racist piece of shit who "thought everything would blow over" that murdered Trayvon Martin simply because he was black.
Apparently, according to Geraldo and friends at Fox News, if you're a minority and stop dressing “black,” “Latino,” or “gangsta,” you don't have to worry about getting harrassed, targeted, or god forbid, killed for being a POC. Easy as that.
Except for the fact that victim-blaming a 17 year-old and his devastated parents for a tragic, senseless, and undeniably racist-fueled murder is utterly repulsive and speaks volumes about the kind of world we live in today.
